Qiong Qi (Character Design)

This idea is centered around Chinese folklore, specifically Qiong Qi and the four evils. Initially I went for a generic demon but with a more modern feel but after a while I just wasn't satisfied with it. I then took to researching different entities in Chinese legend; spirits, demons, deities, ultimately I landed on Qiong Qi and the four evils. Once I had decided that, all that was left was to create a narrative and bring it to life. Ultimately, I'm really happy with the results.
